Sonia Francis
With an impressive career spanning many years in the airline industry, Sonia has held key positions from Revenue Accounts at Swissair in India to training roles with Emirates in Dubai and Air New Zealand in Auckland. After another 14-years with Emirates in Auckland, she is now Commercial Manager at Global Travel Network. Her extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Thomas Malgapo
Thomas is a key member of our fares and ticketing team, supporting Allen and independently managing the back office and ticketing system developments, with a focus on invoicing and ticketing automation. His proficiency with the three main GDS systems empowers him to drive innovations and process improvements. Thomas excels in applying his extensive expertise to solve problems and enhance workflow efficiency, ensuring our systems meet our evolving needs.
AIRLINE ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Rochelle Meharry
Rochelle’s role encompasses BSP Reconciliation, processing refunds via various GDS or directly with airlines, and handling ADMS and ACMs. Her journey in the travel industry began at BSP NZ in Auckland, where she developed a robust understanding of these processes. With over 30 years in the field, her experience has broadened to include fares, ticketing, account management, and travel technology, enhancing her contribution to Global Travel Network.

Rebecca is a dynamic travel industry professional with a steadily rising career. Starting in airfares and ticketing at First Travel Group and Global Travel Network, her expertise soon led her to sales support at Air New Zealand, and later to a commercial role at Global Travel Network. She excels in her current position, relishing the daily challenges and opportunities to expand her commercial knowledge.

Grace, the youngest member of our team, embarked on her travel journey just before the onset of COVID-19, armed with a Bachelor of International Tourism Management from AUT. Despite being thrown into the deep end handling a surge of refunds, she swiftly adapted and excelled. Starting with Global Travel Network processing refunds, she now tackles ticketing with over 4 years of industry expertise under her belt, always eager to expand her knowledge.
